chicken-marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon of the following: Garlic Powder, Rosemary, Creole Season, Paprika, Dried Onions, Celery Seed
  • 1 Teaspoon of the following: Thyme, season salt, ground pepper, poultry season
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of Italian Dressing (oil based)
  • 1/8 cup of Balsamic Vinegar

I combine all the ingredients into a blender or bowl mix thoroughly and rub all over the  3-4 pound chicken and pour inside the chicken cavity as well – cook on the rotisserie setting of my oven for 1.5 hours or until the inside of the thigh is at 180 degrees.
