• 1 lb of your favorite meat – browned
  • 1 Quart of water
  • 1/4 cup of onions – diced or sliced
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables
  • creole seasoning
  • salt and  pepper to taste
  • Chop and Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 stalk of celery chopped
  • 1 tsp of Thyme
  • 3 large potatoes cubed or cut into quarters
  • 6 oz of tomato sauce
