This recipe is for a LARGE batch.  The typical “envelope” of seasoning is less than 1/4 cup of seasoning that is used per pound of meat.

  • 1/4 cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup of Paprika
  • 2-3Tbsp of Cumin
  • 1-2Tbsp of Salt (I used Kosher)
  • 1/4 Dried Onions or Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Oregano
  • 1/4 cup of Chili Powder
  • 2Tbsp of Crushed Pepper or Spicy Peppers (Optional)

Mix in a medium bowl and store in a dry place either in a Ziploc bag or you can vacuum seal in a mason jar
