Ingredients: (I used all organic)

  • 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp of cajun seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • I egg – beaten

Mix all together and dust your seafood first with flour – then dip or put into batter and flip to get both sides wet and then fry in a 375 degree deep fryer or skillet. Cook for 1 or 2 min depending on size of seafood or until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and serve.
