2 Chicken Breast sauteed with purple or vadala onions, bell peppers and garlic, dash or two of kosher salt in 1-2 tbsps of olive oil  – my husband can’t eat raw onions so I used dehydrated.

BBQ Pizza Sauce

1/4 cup of honey bbq sauce

1/4 cup of regular bbq sauce (spicy/optional) I used honey – for more of a bbq flavor, you can drizzle bbq sauce on top of the chicken before the shredded cheese.

1.5 cups of smoked mozzarella shredded cheese for each pizza

Assemble per the video – Bake at 475 for 10-12 min depending on your oven – slice and serve!  You can also freeze raw and back later but I would thaw completely first.
