1/2 cup of orzo pasta
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped

I used tri-pepper chopped small
2 cloves garlic, minced
a handful of fresh basil
1 Lemon Squeezed (leave seeds out)
3 (32 ounce) cartons fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth

3 chicken breast (you can precook in the crockpot or boil while making)

1 lemon, sliced for garnish (optional)
In the video I cooked my chicken in a crock pot the day before to get the chicken broth favorful.  I cooked it for 6 hours on high. Combine all ingredients except the pasta, cook on medium for at least 45 min and then add your pasta. If your chicken is pre-made, even better the soup will be faster to make. Bring the broth to a boil. Partially cover the pot, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the pasta is tender about 9 min. Season as you wish.
Cook and stir until fragrant, Ladle soup into bowls; garnish with lemon slices
