16 oz. bowtie pasta
8 Tbsp. pesto
1/2 Cup sun dried tomatoes, diced
1/2 Cup Roma tomatoes, diced
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 Cup spinach, diced
1/2 Cup green onions, diced
4 Tbsp. Caesar dressing
Cook your pasta as directed on the pack and then rinse in cold water to cool. Toss the remaining ingredients – you can add more flavors with chicken or shrimp. Its a great bring along salad or something you can keep all week in the refrigerator.
