Ingredients – (I used organic)

  • 1 1/2 cups of warm water (110 degrees)
  • 1 package of Active Dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup of Olive Oil

I proof the yeast for 10 min before putting in the bread machine

  • 4 Cups of All Purpose Flour (you could use Bread Flour)
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup of Gluten
  • 2 Tbsp of Local Honey

I put the liquids in first (read your bread-maker manual) then I add the dry ingredients. Select the Sandwich setting and hit start.  I wait and watch to make sure its not too dry or to wet before I walk away. Rather see a video? – Click Here.
