Ingredients –

  • 20 oz (2.5 cups) Dehydrated Hash Browns
  • 1.5 lb. (2.5 cups) Cooked Sausage (Organic Pork or Turkey)
  • 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (shred your own so there will be NO wood pulp/cellulose powder)
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 3 cups all purpose baking mix (Organic Bisquick)

Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook your sausage.
In a large mixing bowl mix in your hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese, baking mix and salt & pepper. Mix well!
Form into balls and place on baking sheet. The balls should be approximately 1 inch in size. This recipe makes a lot so once they are baked, you can
pop them into a freezer bag or vacuum seal with your food saver.

Bake in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

You can serve these with scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes or even drop them on a tray for great appetizer or snacks
