This recipe came from my Sister-In-Law back in the early 1980’s. I begged for it and she finally allowed me to have it.

Crust:

1 Cup All-Purpose Organic Flour

1 Cup Chopped Organic Pecans

1 Stick of REAL Butter, melted

Place melted butter in a mixing bowl and add flour and pecans, mix well with a fork and pour into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan. Press the crust out to the edges. Bake the crust in a preheated over at 350 for 20-25 min – then cool the crust all the way down.

First Layer:

1 Pkg. (8oz) of Organic Cream Cheese (softened)

1 Cup of Organic Powdered Sugar

3 Cups of Whipped REAL Cream (sweetened)

Cream together the Cream Cheese and powered Sugar. Then slowly and the whipped cream mix using slow folding motion.  The pour over the crust and spread to the edges.

Second Layer:

1 Pkg. (Large/5.9 oz) Instant chocolate pudding mix (I use organic pudding mixes)

1 Pkg. (Large/5.9 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

3 Cups of Cold Whole Organic Milk

Place both pudding mixes into a large bowl and add cold milk gradually (use a wire whip paddle) mix milk into the pudding. Continue to beat on med then high until really smooth and thick. Pour this mixture over the first layer. Chill in the refrigerator 2-4 hours.

Third Layer:

3 Cups of Whipping Cream (whipped/sweetened) poured over the last layer.  Sprinkle with Walnuts or Pecans if desired. Chill in the refrigerator overnight or another 4-6 hours.  Cut into squares and serve.
