• 6 pieces of Organic chicken thighs (use any boneless chicken you’d like)
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1-2 tblsp of olive oil
  • cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 half and half (you can use plain milk if you want to save the calories)
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

Saute until butter melts, add chicken pieces, sprinkle with AP flour and toss around on Medium heat. Cook for about 5-7 min, then add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, cook this stage for about 15 min and then add 1/2 cup of half and half and (mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in the half half prior to adding to pan) cover and cook for about another 5-7 min.  I served mine with spaghetti noodles but you could use just about anything or nothing and this would be de-lish.  I hope you’ll try it.
